Scaleaway 23 is a blended liquid treatment based on organic tannin, polymer sludge conditioners and alkali. It can be used either by itself or in conjunction with other supplemental feed water treatments to give a balanced treatment programme.

Scaleaway 23 controls corrosion by the dual mechanism of oxygen scavenging and the formation of a corrosion resistant tannate film. It prevents scale formation by converting residual hardness salts to a mobile non-adherent sludge that can be removed by blow down.


Scaleaway 24 is a catalyzed oxygen scavenger in Powder form. It is blend of sodium bisulphite and a catalyst. It is recommended for rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water in order to protect not only the boiler but also control corrosion in the feed tank and condensate return lines.

Scaleaway 26 When steam condenses, it can absorb oxygen and carbon dioxide which can cause rapid and costly corrosion of the condensate return lines. In order to control this corrosion, steam-volatile amines can be used to neutralise the acidity or form a protective film on the pipework.

Scaleaway 26 is an effective and efficient alkalinity builder, neutralizing amine; used in boiler for preventing corrosion in DM water storage tank, de-aerator, boiler drum and boiler steam condensate lines. Scaleaway 26 distribution ratio is better than that of morpholine, ammonia and other similar amines and therefore its efficiency of neutralizing aqueous solutions containing CO2 is better. Scaleaway 26 is a corrosion inhibitor designed for use in steam and condensate systems. It can be used at steam pressures up to 150bar and temperatures up to 590ºC. Scaleaway 26 provides effective neutralization of acidic gases, such as CO2, in the near end of a condensate system.


Phosphate treatments are used in low pressure boilers to help prevent scale formation and in high pressure boilers as pH control agents. When used to prevent scale formation, they should be used in conjunction with a polymer sludge conditioner.

Scaleaway 30 is a Boiler Antiscalant, Corrosion Inhibitor and Sludge Conditioners boiler internal tubes treatment compound based of poly-phosphates for scale and corrosion inhibition. It imparts excellent online cleanliness of boiler internals by preventing scale, metal ions and metal oxide deposits formation. It helps to prevent deposition of calcium, iron and iron-oxide. It contains corrosion inhibitor which forms a protective passive film over the boiler heat transfer surface. The inhibitor prevents fouling due to Iron Hydroxides, pitting and tube failures.



Scaleaway 11 is an all-organic and inorganic blend of antiscalants and polymeric dispersants to provide excellent control over mineral foulants in industrial evaporative cooling water systems. Besides preventing scale formation and deposition, it also helps in removing existing scales, when used under specified conditions. It contains state of the art latest polymers to exhibits excellent control over iron fouling & provides excellent inhibition of orthophosphate and reconditions it to afford synergistic corrosion control. It permits high levels of hardness salts in water enabling to operate the system at high cycles of concentration. It is effective over a wide range of ph.

When used with corrosion inhibitors, it offers total control over corrosion, scaling and non-biological fouling giving 'OPTIMUM' performance of a system. Water treated with Scaleaway 11 is safe to discharge in effluent without any pollution problems.


Scaleaway 31 Scaleaway 31 acts as biocide that is based on the oxidizing source of Bromine for the control of biofilm deposits and biofouling. Scaleaway 31 inhibits the microbiological growth and eliminates existing micro-organisms like bacteria, fungi, yeast and algae. It is also active in the control of Legionella pneumophila bacteria, which causes Legionnaire’s disease (Legionellosis). Due to its oxidizing power, it creates leaks in the membrane and blocks their enzymatic activity. SRB control is also achieved and maintained effectively at desired ORP (oxidation reduction potential) due to the addition of Scaleaway 31. If dosed in suitable amount, there’s no micro-organism that can resist Scaleaway 31 Thus, it can be used as fungicide, algaecide, slimicide and micro biocide that help to control the biofilm deposits and biofouling. Addition of Scaleaway 31 leads to reduced microbially induced corrosion (MIC).

The product exhibits strong alkaline properties in water solution, in which it easily dissolves in all proportions. Scaleaway 31 yields to improved results in alkaline cooling systems. The solutions are compatible with commonly used materials of construction of cooling systems. As it is easily degraded in non-toxic and non-harmful components, it does not create any threat for the effluent plant.




Scaleaway 1100 is a highly active cleaning agent based on Hydrochloric Acid and a special film forming inhibitor to protect carbon steel, copper and brass against acid attack.

The inhibitor also serves as a penetrant and dispersant to enhance the effectiveness of the acid. Scaleaway 1100’ can be used to dissolve lime scale (calcium carbonate) and rust deposits in boilers, clarifiers and heat exchangers. Scaleaway 1100 should NOT be used on stainless steel, aluminium or galvanized surfaces.


Scaleaway 777 is an offline descalant for removal of rust, deposits from boiler heat exchanger and from any metal surface. It is a balanced formulation containing mineral acid, deposit penetrant and acid corrosion inhibitor.


Scaleaway SW :

Scaleaway SW is a low phosphorous Antiscalant for use in potable sea-water Reverse Osmosis and Nano-Filtration systems, both large and small. By inhibiting all scaling species, Scaleaway SW allows systems to be designed and operated at high rates of recovery. Significant capital and operational cost savings can be made by reducing the amount of feed water used and concentrate to be discharged.


Scaleaway SI is a general purpose liquid antiscalant & antifoulant for use in Reverse Osmosis and Nano- filtration systems. This concentrated phosphonate product is effective against a wide range of inorganic scaling species and also sequesters trivalent metal cations such as iron, manganese and aluminium thus reducing the frequency of membrane replacement and cleaning.

Scaleaway SI has proven to be effective at that systems can be designed and operated at their optimum recovery rates.

Scaleaway 111 is a low pH liquid cleaner designed to remove metal foulants such as iron, manganese, and aluminum as well as calcium carbonate scale deposits from thin film composite membranes. Scaleaway 111 is buffered to prevent the pH limits of a membrane being exceeded in the event of misapplication.


Introduction: Scaleaway 112 has been developed as general-purpose membrane cleaner for an extensive range of organic based foulants founding Reverse Osmosis and Nano-filtration membrane systems. Scaleaway 112 is particularly effective against aluminum silicate, which can be difficult to remove with conventional cleaners.


Scaleaway Bio is a non-oxidizing RO Membrane biocide are effective non- oxidizing micro biocide for disinfectant of RO Membrane.

Scaleaway Bio is a fast acting, broad-spectrum biocide used for cleaning reverse osmosis filtration membranes. It can be used both on and off-line to eliminate microbiological fouling for industrial applications. Scaleaway Bio is also effective in removing biofilm from pumps, tanks and pipework. Best results are obtained when Scaleaway Bio is used at a pH 5.5 – 7.0. Residual Scaleaway Bio can be deactivated to harmless by-products by using sodium bisulfite. Scaleaway Bio is readily biodegraded in the environment; the degradation rate is enhanced at increasing pH and temperature.
